| Job Description: |
| 1. Trouble shooting for Broadband related issues |
| 2. Setting up wireless connection on Laptops and Desktops |
| 3. Connectivity issues with ops Modem, Routers, Hubs and issues / outages / Fixing with the technician |
| 4. Dealing with network connectivity LAN , WAN and MAN5. Checking the exchange line. |
| Visit customer place and attend the call |
| Diagnose the problem and rectify the defect in the unit/product |
| Attend escalated calls on priority basis |
| Adhere accel and vendor policies & guidelines while attending the cal and meet the SLA |
| Should respond/complete minimum 3 calls per day |
| #Skillsets required: |
| Note 1: Communication Skills with neutral accent / with Decent formal dress code |
| Note 2: Willing to Work in Customer place |
| Note 3: Basic knowledge about networking concepts for trouble shooting for broadband related issues. |

| Should have basic technical knowledge in Hardware/Networking products |
| Willing to travel intensively |
| Two wheeler is mandatory * |
