Each Sales Executive will specialize in sales of Electrical & Electronics product to:

1. Sales of Havells products to Distributors, Contractors and Electrical shops & Retailer.

2. Sales of Havells products to government sector via bidding.

3. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to solicit new clients and penetrate new markets.

4. Strong sales pitch to convince customers on new orders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

* Any Graduate [Preferably BE graduates or Diploma graduates with ECE, EEE, CSE background]

* Good Presentation and Communication skills required.

* Demonstrated strategic ability able to link Company and customer goals.

* Consultative selling experience (proven track-record of meeting and exceeding sales goals)

* Ability to establish/maintain credibility with customers and partners.

* Excellent planning skills and territory management skills

* Ability to influence and negotiate with customers both internally and externally and at all levels

* Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone, email & face to face)
