Job Description:

1. Trouble shooting for Broadband related issues
2. Setting up wireless connection on Laptops and Desktops
3. Connectivity issues with ops Modem, Routers, Hubs and issues / outages / Fixing with the technician
4. Dealing with network connectivity LAN , WAN and MAN5. Checking the exchange line.
 Visit customer place and attend the call
 Diagnose the problem and rectify the defect in the unit/product
 Attend escalated calls on priority basis
 Adhere accel and vendor policies & guidelines while attending the cal and meet the SLA
 Should respond/complete minimum 3 calls per day

‪#‎Skill‬sets required:
Note 1: Communication Skills with neutral accent / with Decent formal dress code
Note 2: Willing to Work in Customer place
Note 3: Basic knowledge about networking concepts for trouble shooting for broadband related issues.

‪#‎Job‬Specification:

Should have basic technical knowledge in Hardware/Networking products
Willing to travel intensively
Two wheeler is mandatory *
Good interpersonal skills

Client Relationship Executive [ Hindi-Semi Voice Process ]



     Job Description:

    1. Answer incoming customer service calls and respond to inquiries from investors, dealers and prospective investors.
    2. Make telephone calls to investors, brokers, dealers, and banks. Keep abreast of current market conditions, fund and company policies, and all procedural information.
    3. Maintain knowledge of all applicable investment and tax law changes.
    4. Initialize investigations of complaints via internal communication channels.
    5. Generate and prepare MIS reports

    • Discussing about the current market situation with investors and distributors.
    • Attending distributor calls and answering there queries.
    •  Handling walk-in customer and Distributor and answering there queries.
    • Reporting all types of commercial and non-commercial transactions and operations work.
    • Reporting CVL, NDML & DOTEX KRA'S.
    • Reporting daily MIS (Management Information systems).
    • Responding query mails from Back end.
    • Consolidating daily commercial and non-commercial transactions (Hard copy) and send it to back office.
    • Maintaining files like TSM log book, Addendum, KYC, Dispatch, Deposit slip, Acknowledge slip etc.
    • Conducting Investor awareness program and Distributor awareness program in respective district.
    • Helping in sales lead.
