Job Responsibilities
- Managing existing Retailers, Identify & appoint new retail partners, monitor the sales network, implement strategies to achieve sales objectives and targets. Tracking collections. Managing sales Promotions & incentive schemes.
- Responsible for the sales development of a given area and to achieve or exceed the sales targets
- Cultivate relationship marketing with the trade to gain their support and goodwill
- To meet Company’s guidelines on visual merchandising.
- Monitor retail sales to follow consumer purchase trends
- Collect orders and payments due to maintain a viable relationship between the Retailer and Organization
- Maintain a constant surveillance on competitive activities to ensure that the Organization is ahead of the competition
- Recording daily sales reports based on market visits
- Visit up-country Retailers to perform duties as is done in base-town on a weekly basis
- Prepare report on major competitor’s strengths/weaknesses for planning purposes.
- Any ad-hoc jobs that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years experience in Sales.
- Good Communication and Selling skills
- Preferably from FMCG / Retail Industry
Education: Graduate
