Wanted Finance / Account Manager

The Candidate:

B.com / M. Com / CA Inter – With minimum of Two / Three years experience in auditing firm / accounting firm who has hands on experience till finalization of accounts and basic knowledge on Tax / TDS. Experience in Fund accounting activities is desirable. The candidate shall have good knowledge on Excel / Tally / Any other Accounting software

Job Description:

• Maintaining the books of accounts of the Fund which includes
•  Making day to day entries viz: Contribution Receipts, Expenses, Income, Investment and Divestment, Accrued Income and Accrued Expenses
• NAV computation on Class Wise / Investor wise based on business rules
• Preparation of Financials like TB, B/S and P&L, Cash Flow statement etc., on monthly basis
• Ensure that the accounting is made as per the fund documents like PPM, Contribution Agreement, Regulatory guidelines
• Tax Computation Viz: TDS, Advance Tax, Withholding Tax, Service Tax & Income Tax
• TDS computation / TDS return filing.
• Distribution allocation / computation
• XIRR Computation
• Interaction with the clients
