Responsibilities:
  • Recruiting: Manage all aspects of the recruitment life cycle, including creating job descriptions, posting jobs, sourcing, scheduling interviews, candidate screening, behavioral interviewing, selection recommendations, negotiating compensation terms, reference checks, and offer process.

  • Administration: Benefits setup and administration, employee files, tracking sick days and vacations, company communication, drive and implement HR initiatives. 

  • Office Management: Help setup of the new office, space planning, equipment, supplies and any other general duties.

Technical recruiting experience preferred but not mandatory

  • Highly efficient and active with social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
  • High comfort level using technology, social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and creative recruitment techniques
  • Must have experience working with an applicant tracking system
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, both with internal teams and candidates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present, train, influence, network and negotiate
  • Strong ability to multi-task and go with the flow
  • Great can-do attitude combined with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to develop and lead a team
  • Strong skills in Excel, Power Point and Word
